Download entry form from Homepage posting. No ice fishing contest in Colorado gives away as much money as this. This trout only contest pays cash prizes to 20% of the participating contestants. That means with 100 teams you still win money if you come in 20th. The Grand Slam held January 7, 2012 had 115 teams.
