ANALYSIS: If you enter all three events its all about points. Last two years winners were decided by less than 10 points. Early entries receive points and they may be valuable in the end. In the Grand Slam object is to score in mulitple catagories which yield lots of points hence lots of cash. Last year only one team weighed in a Kokanee and won all the money in that category but were only awarded points for 1st Place. Same in Marina March Madness. In years past there were teams that scored in multiple hours. Traveling Trophy is about bragging rights and big money. If you enter the BIG FISH POT and win along with 1st Place you will be a happy team. Most contests see 80% participation in BIG FISH POT The numbers used above are based on 75 teams entering BFP which has been happening even if we only had 90 teams overall. This year if you purchase any Eagle Claw product at sign in and win the event you will receive $ 250.00 in tackle from Eagle Claw.
Of course you need not enter all three contests and we hope you choose to enter at least one. Join us at the Colorado Classic for an ice fishing good time.
