PIC # 1: Great day on the lake. Pic courtesy David D.

PIC # 2: Starting to see more Browns as Fall kicks in.

TROUT: GOOD: Fall action sees more Browns being landed. Bite times are sporadic Trolling, casting or drifting bait produces but not necessarily on the same day Baits can vary throughout the day. Action for big fish should get better and better into October.

KOKANEE SALMON: POOR: You might find some four year olds moving up to the river/ Snagging is no longer allowed at Eleven Mile.

NORTHERN PIKE: VERY GOOD: Action continues in sporadic but strong bites. Lots of anglers head West but there are many big fish all around the lake. West may be best for numbers East may be best for size. You won’t know unless you try. Spoons, sticks, spinner aits and jigs all seem to work at some point.

SPECIAL NOTE: 11 Mile Marina is located at the North Shore in Eleven Mile State Park, Lake George Colorado. A CPW Park Pass is required on all vehicles entering the Park.  Any fees for Guide/Outfitter/Rental services do not include Park fees, CO fishing license or gratuities.
