TROUT: GOOD: As the water temp drops the catching is picking up. Trolling has improved and casting is working if you work it. Kastmasters, Krocodile and Rapala’s doing well. Arnies Dynamic in orange has been hot. Orange in general has been very productive. Tas Devil Y82 Canberra Killer is hot. Early morning serves no real benefit (and it’s cold) as fish are being caught through out the day. Noon has had surprisingly hot bites. Don’t let us stop you if you want to go out at 1/2 hour before sunrise. Sundown is always good.

KOKANEE SALMON:FAIR TO POOR: Some four year olds being caught in the lake here and there. River is chock full of spawners.

NORTHERN PIKE: GOODTO VERY GOOD: Action continues to be consistent all around the lake. Spoons, tubes and big sticks have all been productive. White has been productive whether it be spinner bait, tube or stick. West has seen some great catches. Timing seems to be concentrated in early to late afternoon but some have been caught earlier. The foul weather has resulted in some hot action for those that aren’t fair weather fisher people. We fish in all types of conditions and although wind isn’t fun and rain calls for the proper gear the bite can be spectacular. Can’t catch them if you don’t try. Time to hit the MILE!

CAN YOU SAY SMORES ON A CAMPFIRE AT ELEVEN MILE STATE PARK!!!!

ROAD CONDITIONS: All good on CR 90/92 until Park. CR 92 to CR 23 was graded last week. It’s fair but getting washboard fast. Lawsuit moving forward. We will not relent. Park County will be forced to fix the road once and for all.
